Alerus (formerly known as 24HourFlex) is CEBT's COBRA plan administrator. This partnership helps to take the burden off each employer group when it comes to COBRA communications and payment administration. CEBT and Alerus work together to manage COBRA offer letters, monthly payments from former employees as well as open enrollment for COBRA participants.
CEBT Benefit by Trust is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, CEBT Benefit by Trust
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
